Storage infrastructure with a defined commercial purpose

Dalian North Oil Petroleum Logistics Co., Ltd. was established in 2010 to develop and operate petroleum storage infrastructure and related facilities in Dalian.

From our Sha Tuozi facility at Dalian New Port, we review storage, delivery warehouse and related commercial requirements against cargo characteristics, regulatory conditions, documentation and operational availability.
